Jennifer Smith
Based in Swansea, with an extensive background in legal, academic and HR transcription Jennifer has two children aged 4 and 2. She has a great belief in helping people who have been out of the workplace, for whatever reason, and who want to work around their existing commitments use their already existing skill set to do so.
Joanne Cormack
Joanne has had an eclectic administrative background, working many years for the Police taking 999 calls, to then running a small Copyright Office for an Examining Board, to transcribing as a Medical Secretary. But her most important job has been being a Mum, and also supporting her husband who is in the forces, which is a job in itself!! She says ‘Working for Underline Transcription has given me the flexibility to get back in the workplace, making the best of my skills, yet still enabling me to still be there for my family as well as learning about all sorts of different things as I type!!’

With over 30 years experience as a PA, secretary and in general administration, Corrine is an excellent audio typist and prides herself on accuracy.
