How to do it – simple!
1. Give us a call to discuss time scales (same day turnaround onwards) and rates.
2. Upload your dictation or document using our simple uploader and fill in a form stating which service you require – we also use dropbox by request
3. We receive the file and transcribe it according to your service specification.
4. We email the document to you.
It couldn’t be easier!
We’ll send you an invoice with your documents, and a statement of all dictation completed by us at the end of the month. Payment is by BACS on the 14th of the next month, depending on when the weekend falls. So if we transcribe some documents for you in April, the payment for these will become due in May. We can be flexible as to how and when you pay, so please don’t hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
If you’re having difficulty uploading your work, then you can always send it to us via snail mail. We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery and we will send any hardware/papers back the same way and invoice you for the postage.
